They tried to teach me pedro when I was working in Cocdrie. I never could catch on they made so many rules up as the game went on. Cheaters!!!

Lafourche parish rules are different from Terrebonne Parish rules. Terrebonne Parish rules are better in my opinion.

Bourre' on weekends and team (4 players) gin during the week. When i was younger, we would eat at the camp, clean up and head to LC casinos and chase your cowgirls around! Many a Sunday morn found me crawling around lookin for Advil in the camp!

I was born and raised in Lafourche Parish and yes, Terrebonne rules are different and yes, better. But none are worst than the rules of the river parishes, which they refer to as "cut throat pedro". Mr. LeBlanc, I too skipped many of classes as Nicholls drinking 1.50 pitcher of beers playing pedro in the union.
