I like to throw in coliflower. Sometimes the guests look at me funny when I am about to put it in but after they taste it everyone is all smiles.

Love mushrooms.

Did some ducks one time and you talk about good!!! Meat just fell off the bone. Soaks up the spice real good.

Interesting to me how I've been eating crawfish all my life, and to this day I'll still go to a boil where someone has thrown something in that I've never tried before...and it's always good.

I like the basics in my own pot...corn, new potatoes, sausage and chicken.

But basically, I've never tried anything that was thrown in that wasn't good

Not my favorite item but the most unique is probably cans of corn. Punch a small whole in each end, toss it in, then drain and serve in a bowl with some butter - good stuff!!!

I also put cans of French style green Beans !

Without a doubt I like mushrooms the best. Second would be onions cut in half wrapped in aluminum foil - the heart of the onion is hard to beat. Third would be French style green beans. Fourth small red potatoes - fresh from garden is the best. Most of the time 10 lbs of potatoes and corn get thrown away....... You can only eat so much left overs. I have never seen a mushroom get thrown away!!!!

Add people and beer! Never go wrong!

What i like to do is if there are any leftovers, take all of the veggies (corn, potato, onion, mushroom, cut it up finely , along with some leftover tails and make a crawfish soup / chowder......Now this is OFF THE CHARTS!
