That's not true. There was a boat collision when the other man, not Shelby, was on the wrong side of the river. Both were sited for failure to control their vessels though. The other man is trying to sue Shelby because he thinks Shelby has money, but the man has no grounds.

Gotcha that's just what I heard from a friend of his in hammond. He did saw they don't really pay them much for the show but the klieberts on swamp people were getting paid well

Shelby is a floating trainwreck... I can only hope that most of his actions are "for show" and someone has the common sense to block the waterways off when he's smashing into things...
