I bought a used boat that has odds and ends to take care of....you the only person to ever have your boat since new.....well I guess Jerrys has had it kinda of like joint custody :D

I use a wading net in my boat. The main reason- so it fits in my big compartment and will NEVER fly out. You do have to bend and reach a little farther... but the opening is just as big as a longer handled net. Also, I tied a large cork on the end to make it float if it would fall out. I too have lost a lot of nets in the past.
