If you run another mans trap then you are a low life pos. I still don't think it's worth killing a person over. I have no problem with a good ol school *** whippen though.

I commercial fish and have had those moments that you want to hurt someone that touches you equipment. I followed a fellow one day that had been seen running my traps and my uncle's traps with intentions of making him a "PFD" statistic but realized what I would loose because of this P.O.S. He would leave in the late evening on the windiest days. You get so tired of spending your money for bait and fuel then coming home empty handed, you loose it. Then on top of that when you call LDWF, they tell you they can't set up to catch these people because they don't have the time to sit and wait, you get to where you just can't take it any more and take matters into your own hands.

You go out there to make money and have these people that think they aren't hurting nothing by taking a "few" crabs or just a "couple" of fish. Every time someone takes crabs from a cage, or fish from a net or line, they are no different than someone that comes an picks you wallet from your pants.

You cannot have a loaded gun or a gun that is not broken down or in a case while on the refuge.
If the wardens caught him, he could have been busted for several reasons.
