if it has worms you will notice it, not really something to worry about from what i been told. But i just cut out the worm and keep on rollin

It was my first time to see them too, my buddy showed them to me. They are just little white spots on the meat and he pulled them out but you can cut them out too.

The worms won't harm you if the fish is cooked. They seem to be more present in the summer time.

I agree 100%. The hotter the weather the more worms. They will not harm you if you cook the fish.

Ice may make em easier to clean but it certainly doesn't get rid of worms!
