Oh wow! Never heard much about False River...I have family in Melville, isn't that close by?? What's the trick on False River...I heard its hard to eliminate dead water there...mainly for largemouth bass fishing, but also locating these stripers! Any help would be greatly appreciated...I have access to a small bass boat.

I went out on false river today in search of those strippers with no luck!! Only about 15 bream
