I guess the kids were old enough to where they didn't require life jackets? Safety first my friend.

Trust me from wat I know of FFF them kids had pfd's on while making way...besides this is old

My bad. Just checked the regs and you are correct, kids under sixteen only have to have on pfd's when the boat is under propulsion. Sorry to call you out on that. Mea culpa. Give me 20 lashes with a wet noodle. (Still not a bad idea in any event.) Keds are my true softspot.
