Tim. Add the gatoraid, Don't know why you have to add warm water other than to make it taste worst than it does. I wouldn't add the vodka like e-man suggested, but I think if you drink a pint about an hour before the go-lightly, it would be easier on you. Once you start drinking the so called horse piss ( I think horse piss has to be better) don't stop. Chug it like a margarita. If you stop you will not want to finish it. DO NOT LEAVE THE HOUSE ONCE YOU DRINK THE FIRST WAVE! After about 15 minutes you will feel like you have to pass gas, wait till your on the toilet... it aint gas. Eman had it right, don't plan on working after the proceedure. The drugs are still in your system and you will remember parts but not everything you say or do for several hours. My wife still laughs out loud when thinking about my proceedure. Don't know what happened, but not sure if I want to know. The day after you will want to eat the horse that pissed in your drink.
